Welcome to our website. These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services by Cyclepath Australia Pty Ltd to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.cyclepath.com.au.
They are effective from 01/03/20 and will replace all earlier Cyclepath Australia Pty Ltd terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.

Payment Terms & Credit Card Security

Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

Shipping and Delivery
Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.

We only deliver to Australian street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our online shop and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary when you proceed to checkout.

Shipping costs have been calculated based on Australia Post national flat rates, dependant on parcel size. All orders will be shipped within 3 working days excluding public holidays. Following dispatch, you will receive an email including your invoice and, in most cases, tracking information. Orders are expected to take 4-7 days for delivery, given our rural location.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Items can be returned or exchanged due to fault or not as described within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
• For hygiene reasons bib nix, cannot be returned.
• If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made, then this is non-refundable.
• We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
• If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law to provide a remedy
